Domestic: (Singapore area)
We can make every delivery to all areas in Singapore.  Please note there will be delivery fees charged to each and every locations and subjected surcharges as per determined on the time of purchase . Please only proceed to make the payment if you are agreedable to the charges reflected at the final order confirmation . 

International: (base on customers from Singapore)
We are proud of our International Flowers Delivery. We provide the Same Day Delivery Service, yet an extra charge is required for rush orders (2 hours).  We cover all the major cities in the five major continents, including China, Russia, Australia, America and Europe.  The basic price for international delivery is SGD$120, and you make ask for the actual price before you order.

In order to provide our customers a pleasant experience, we have implemented Delivery Instructions Options

Please Do Not Call The Recipient (Surprise) -  

We will not call the Recipient. In the case of non -delivery due to wrong address or recipient not at home , we will charge a re-delivery fee

Call Recipient First - 

Before Delivery , we will contact the recipient to verify the address and confirm the time of delivery (Best Option - to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding and charges)

Call Me For Redelivery Charge (if needed) -  

In the case of non -delivery due to wrong address or recipient not at home , we will charge a re-delivery fee

Leave it at the Doorstep/Neighbour/Reception/Security - 

We will leave the item at the Doorstep/Neighbour/Reception/Security . Please note that as certain items are consumable item  and not advisable to put outdoor or open area. We will not be responsible for any items spoilt or deem uneatable.

We do our best to provide our customers same day delivery on orders placed before the next time slot on daily basis. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. But we reserve the right to substitute or modify the design of the items due to seasonal or availability of the items on the day of delivery.

there will be a delivery charge in on each and every order . Delivery charge will be based next day delivery or earlier ordering and surcharge will be imposed on same day and 2 hours / 4hours delivery request. Note that certains areas will be extra surcharge example, Tuas, Jurong, Sentosa, Sungei Kadut, Gul areas, Joon Koon areas.

Monday - Sunday.
10am -2pm ( Ordering before 10am )
2pm - 6pm ( Ordering before 2pm )
6pm - 10pm (Ordering before 6pm)

International:
The delivery time is from 9:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.
The delivery time is from 9:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. and may not appoint a specific time for international delivery.
