Local Delivery

Domestic: (Singapore area) 

We can do delivery to all areas in Singapore. Please note there will be delivery fees charged to every order and it will be subjected to surcharges as determined on the time of ordering , please check through carefully and fully agreedable to it before proceeding to make payment. We deemed that you are agreedable and fully understood to the charges once we received the payment

International Delivery

International: (base on customers from Singapore)
We are able to assist in International Flowers Delivery with ample time for us to react We provide the Same Day Delivery Service with delivery fees and an extra charge is required for rush orders (2 hours).  We cover all the major cities in the five major continents, including China, Russia, Australia, America and Europe.  The basic price for international delivery is SGD$120, and you make ask for the actual price before you order.

In the event that there is no recipient at the delivery destination to receive the cake, the cake will be returned back to our outlet for resend subjected to redelivery fees as determined Before the next delivery. No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.

Delivery Policy

We provide  our customers same day delivery on orders placed before 6:00 noon (GMT+08:00hrs / Singapore time) on a regular business day. substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

There is 3 time slots for delivery
Monday - Sunday.
10am -2pm
2pm - 6pm
6pm - 10pm

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order due to operations and delivery requirements 

 

Our delivery is islandwide subjected to standard delivery fees except restricted and out of bound areas of Tuas, Gul, Jurong Island, Army Camps, Airport, Cargo Areas and Sentosa will be subjected to surcharge fees on top of the standard delivery fees.

Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made. Products must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no queries are raised immediately upon receiving the delivered items

International:
The delivery time is from 9:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.
The delivery time is from 9:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. and may not appoint a specific time for international delivery.
