Do you accept last-minute orders?
We may accept last-minute orders on a case-to-case basis. Flavours will be subject to availability as our cakes are made-to-order. Do order early to get the exact cake flavour and size desired.

Our cakes are packaged to maintain freshness and quality.

Do you provide candles and customized birthday tags?
Yes, we do provide them upon request. Simple messages or salutations can be piped on our birthday tags

What if you’ve run out of a particular flavour?
We will inform you ASAP and suggest the next best flavor available. Due to seasonal availability of ingredients, certain flavours may occasionally run out.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
All phone and fax orders will be confirmed via phone. Orders made through our website or e-mail will receive an order confirmation e-mail within one working day. If you do not hear from us within one working day from submitting your order, please contact us.
